Earthlink Tech Day at JCB Vadodara Plant

We “Earthlink technologies PVT. LTD.” & our principal “Chicago Pneumatic” did a “Tech day” at renowned MNC company JCB.

We visited the JCB Plant, Vadodara.

During the visit, we interacted with the company’s leadership, visited the state-of-the-art JCB plant, and discussed technological aspects of the organisation.

The aim behind organising this Visit was to expose everyone to the real working place with processes and management systems involved in manufacturing of world class equipment like JCB.

In Tech day we discourage our products to actual engineers “Labours, Floor Engineers” and their “GET” (Graduate Engineer Trainee) who are in their first step of this industrial life. They got knowledge of material removal tools, finishing tools, assembly line tools in depth.

Whole discussion included the following three steps.

  1. Brainstorm ideas
  2. Learnt Technologies
  3. Discussed client satisfaction

  1. Brainstorm ideas:

Brainstorming is a must in Product ideation or new design. It’s just one way we address a design or product development challenge. We discussed different types of brainstorming methods.

  1. Learnt Technologies:

We discussed their manufacturing  technology. Because technical skill is essential for a number of reasons. If we have manufactured any product then technical skill is necessary for our production person. These skills can help a person to become more productive, more self-assured, and a more desirable candidate to employers.

In production, To ensure that your staff can successfully perform their responsibilities, you must ensure that they have the necessary technical skills.

  1. Discussed client satisfaction

We discussed client satisfaction and how we are trying to improve it. We have partnered with so many clients over the years and they’ve become a big part of our business. Our customer satisfaction is our top priority.

At Earthlink technologies we are committed to satisfying our clients by offering superior products and services. We always strive to exceed their expectations, growing with them in a way that will make them feel welcome and supported as well as valued.

The visit was fruitful which will help us to understand new technologies and innovate on design of our products also. Our visit at JCB plant to take a closer look at JCB’s production culture.

We wish to have a long journey ahead with JCB in this social cause and welcome them for more such opportunities and programs.
